Windsor and Essex County could be in for some wicked winter weather on Friday.
Periods of snow are forecast to begin in the morning as the temperature rises from an overnight low of -8 C. Between two and four centimetres of snow are expected.
The temperature will rise through the day to a high of 0, with the snow changing to freezing drizzle in the afternoon.
Winds will be from the east at 30 km/h and gusting to 50.
The freezing drizzle could change to rain showers that should end around midnight.
The forecast for Saturday is cloudy with a high of 3.
