A winter storm with significant precipitation is expected to hit Windsor Tuesday night.
A low pressure system over Western Texas is forecast to intensify and pass near Southern Ontario, according to an Environment Canada special weather statement released Sunday night.
The release said there is a great deal of uncertainty regarding which areas will see mostly rain or snow, because temperatures will be fairly close to the freezing mark.
