A memorial for Via Rail conductors was held Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013 at the Holiday Inn on Huron Church Road in Windsor, Ont. A permanent memorial was made at the main entrance for Peter Snarr, Patrick Robinson and Ken Simmonds, who died in a derailment accident a year ago. The three regularly stayed at the hotel and were well-known to all staff.
