Windsorites, check your wallets: Police have made four arrests in connection with fake $100 USD bills in our community.
The arrests the result of a fraud investigation after the counterfeit currency was used in transactions.
Between 1:30 and 2:20 p.m. Wednesday, Windsor police responded to three different fraud incidents on Tecumseh Road.
The first call came from the 1800 block of Tecumseh Road East.
The second was within 30 minutes later from the 1100 block of Tecumseh Road East.
The third was from the 2600 block of Tecumseh Road West.
