Police arrest suspect in Janette Avenue home invasion

A 27-year-old Windsor man was arrested this morning for his connection with a home invasion on Janette Avenue last month.

Windsor police said the man, who was known to the victim and identified by police as part of the investigation, was spotted in his vehicle near the area of Hall Avenue and Giles Boulevard around 10:45 a.m. today.

He was arrested without incident.

The home invasion happened on Feb. 28 around 11:15 p.m. in the 100 block of Janette.

Police learned that three men had kicked in the front door of the home and assaulted the resident with a baseball bat.

The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries and nothing was taken from the home.

Jamie Louiselle, 27, Windsor, is charged with break and enter, robbery, assault with a weapon and aggravated assault.

Police are still searching for the other two suspects.

The first is described as  a man with light black skin, around five feet 11 inches tall, 250 pounds with a muscular build. He is between 25 and 35 years old with short black hair, green eyes, a tattoo on both arms and tattoo of red lips on the left side of his neck.

He was wearing a grey zip-up hoodie and blue jeans.

The second suspect is described as a white man in his mid-20s with a medium build and around five feet seven inches tall. He has a short blonde buzz cut, brown eyes, a pointy jaw with strong facial features and was wearing a baggy grey t-shirt and baggy blue jeans.
