Windsor firefighters rescued two dogs after a pot on a stove – with no one home – caused a house fire on Campbell Avenue.
Crews responded shortly after 3 p.m. Wednesday when smoke was reported coming from the house at 962 Campbell.
No one was home at the time, but there were two dogs inside. They were safely removed.
Firefighters quickly put out the fire.
