Three-car collision snarls traffic on E.C. Row

A three-car collision snarled traffic briefly Friday morning in the westbound lanes of E.C. Row near Jefferson Boulevard.

Several motorists suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Police and paramedics responded to the scene.
