After one coffee date, a Caesar’s Windsor card dealer said she was terrorized by a man who harassed her for ten years by calling her in the middle of the night and leaving disturbing messages on her answering machine.
Paula Nash, 47, broke down while telling the two members of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board of the disturbing years of harassment.
She refused to change her phone number because, “then he’s won.”
She was awarded $5,000 by the board members Tuesday for pain and suffering.
