A 61-year-old Stoney Creek man is facing drunk driving charges after he was stopped while driving his tractor-trailer on Highway 401 Saturday.
Chatham-Kent OPP said they received a number of complaints about a tractor-trailer driving erratically on the eastbound 401 near Tilbury.
Officers located the driver and pulled him over.
The driver, police said, tested for more than twice the legal limit of alcohol and the fully loaded rig was towed from the scene.
Gurpid Grewal, 61, of Stoney Creek has been charged with impaired driving and driving with more than the legal limit of alcohol in his blood.
