The City of Windsor is extending the deadline to July 23 for area residents to participate in a survey to help in the crafting of a Housing and Homelessness Plan for Windsor-Essex.
The city, which is the service manager for social and affordable housing programs in the region, is attempting develop a plan for the next decade for homelessness services and housing for low-income and special-needs groups.
