A man with a local connection has been arrested and faces impaired driving charges in a fatal collision in South Carolina where a woman was killed and her three children seriously injured.
Local media reported 26-year-old Andrew Joseph Glasier of Greer, S.C., was arrested and faces one count of felony DUI causing death and three counts of felony DUI causing bodily harm.
The man’s driver’s licence is registered to an address in Tilbury media reported.
According to the arrest warrant issued by the Greenville Police Department, the crash happened Aug. 12 on a Greenville highway.
According to the details in the warrant, Glasier was driving the wrong way when he hit an oncoming car.
He had been out drinking earlier that night.
