A 57-year-old Windsor man is facing child pornography charges following an investigation by Chatham-Kent police.
Police said that on Sept. 5 they received a tip that a former Blenheim resident may own a laptop containing images of child pornography.
Police said they took possession of the computer and interviewed the owner on Sept. 10. Officers said he implicated himself by providing a statement that corroborates the tip.
Roney Devos, 57, of Windsor was arrested and is facing charges of accessing child pornography and possessing child pornography.
He was released with several conditions pending a future court date.
