An autopsy report said the pilot of a small, private plane that crashed and burned at Nashville International Airport was legally drunk.
The autopsy results show that Michael Callan of Windsor, Ontario, had a blood alcohol content of 0.081, which is just above Tennessee’s limit of 0.08.
The report concluded Callan’s cause of death to be multiple blunt force and thermal injuries.
The National Transportation Safety Board is still investigating the crash.
