Two Windsor men are facing charges after they were caught red-handed breaking into a house Sunday evening.
Windsor police said a witness saw two men climbing into the basement window of a residence in the 800 block of Windsor Avenue around 5:19 p.m.
Officers and a police dog unit arrived shortly after and entered the residence. After failing to get a response from the suspects inside, officers deployed the dog who apprehended one suspect.
Officers found the second suspect hiding in the residence.
An 18-year-old Windsor man is facing charges of break and enter, possession of break and enter tools and possession of a controlled substance.
A 26-year-old Windsor man is facing charges of break and enter and possession of break and enter tools.
