An “aggressive” Chatham motorist is charged with dangerous driving after he hit another vehicle on Highway 401 and flipped over.
Chatham-Kent OPP responded at 5:50 p.m. Thursday to a two-vehicle collision on the 401 near Dillon Road.
Police said a man in a Hyundai was headed east on Highway 401, driving in an “aggressive and dangerous manner.”
He tried to pass someone, lost control and struck another vehicle. The force of the impact caused the Hyundai to flip over and roll into the median. The driver was taken to Chatham-Kent Health Alliance with non-life threatening injuries.
Jeffery Predote, 38, from Chatham, is charged with dangerous driving.
