A portion of Victoria Avenue South in Leamington remains closed Saturday after an early morning fire ripped through an auto supply store.
Leamington firefighters responded to a call Saturday around 12:20 a.m. at Napa Auto Parts at 22 Victoria Ave. S.
Upon arrival, firefighters discovered heavy smoke and fire at the front of the two storey building.
The cause of the fire is unknown. A Leamington Fire Service report estimates the fire caused $250,000 in damages.
The Kingsville Fire Department was called in for assistance. The fire was contained quickly, the report said.
Victoria Avenue South will remain closed from Mill Street to Orange Street while workers clean road surfaces and basins.
